Work Environment\n

The work setting for this role is a remote capacity, primarily serving families through a Hospice Center model. Our team members are expected to engage with clients via telehealth services, utilizing technology to deliver high-quality assessments and support. This flexibility allows for a balance between work responsibilities and personal commitments, while still ensuring that our clients receive vital assistance. The position requires you to be well-organized and self-motivated, as you will be responsible for managing your schedule and caseload independently.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children with developmental delays or disabilities to determine their needs and capabilities.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to establish effective strategies.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve positive outcomes.
\n
• Provide ongoing support and educational resources to families to empower them in their child’s development.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to inform your approaches, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations.

• Develop and maintain rapport with children and their families to create a safe and trusting environment for learning and growth.

• Implement Natural Learning Environment Practices, promoting skill development during daily routines and natural interactions.
\n
• Provide effective coaching and support using natural environment teaching principles, ensuring that strategies align with the unique needs of each child and family.

• Uphold the highest standards of health and safety for clients and team members alike.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically focuses on children up to three years old, particularly those with developmental delays and disabilities. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be instrumental in delivering early intervention services that help young children develop essential skills across various domains—including cognitive, physical, social/emotional, and communication skills. By supporting families, you make a profound difference in the long-term outcomes for these children.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
