Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the unique needs of children, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Lead the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that treatment strategies align with family priorities and child's developmental goals.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate the outcome of interventions, adjusting plans as necessary to meet the evolving needs of the child.

• Develop strong rapport with children and families to foster a nurturing and trusting environment.

• Provide expert support to families, equipping them with resources and strategies that promote their child's developmental progress.

• Employ a coaching model and natural environment teaching techniques to facilitate learning and growth.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations related to child and family services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will focus primarily on serving children with disabilities or developmental delays in early childhood. The target demographic includes infants and toddlers in need of developmental support, with services tailored to address physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. By closely collaborating with families and other professionals, the LCSW plays a critical role in promoting holistic development and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
