Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mind Wealth Wellness Center, you will undertake various responsibilities that are crucial for the development of the children we serve:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify their needs and progress.

• Collaborate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring alignment with child development standards.

• Monitor and document outcomes and progress as a key member of a multidisciplinary team, adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Provide parents and caregivers with support, resources, and coaching to enhance their child's developmental journey.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to Natural Learning Environment Practices in delivering care.
\n
• Develop rapport with children and families to foster a nurturing learning environment conducive to growth and development.
\n
• Administer evaluations and maintain detailed records as per regulatory requirements.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards for both staff and clients during service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays, requiring expertise in addressing a variety of pediatric needs. You will engage with families, providing tailored supports that empower both parents and children. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work and must be licensed by the California Department of Public Health as an LCSW. Additionally, candidates should possess:
