Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy through the use of evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to design and implement comprehensive client-centered treatment plans.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning in acute situations.

• Manage and maintain complete and accurate documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that client records reflect their treatment and progress.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups tailored to the specific needs of clients in detox.

This position focuses on a unique patient demographic, primarily individuals undergoing detoxification and experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
