Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients both personally and virtually to assess their needs, working closely to provide tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Conduct comprehensive screenings and, when necessary, facilitate additional assessments to identify the full scope of client needs.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring a holistic approach that links clients with necessary support services.
\n
• Provide direct therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on the unique challenges faced by clients in detoxification.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, goal achievement, and incident reports to support agency compliance and improved client care outcomes.
\n
• Participate actively in crisis intervention efforts and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client intervention strategies.
\n
• Monitor client admissions, ongoing treatment goals, and eligibility parameters for discharge to ensure clients receive optimal care throughout their journey.

• Provide on-call coverage as assigned to address urgent client needs outside of standard hours.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on clients experiencing major mental illnesses and substance use disorders. Given our center’s commitment to underserved populations, you will work with individuals from various backgrounds, many of whom face significant social determinants of health. The ability to create a trusting environment is essential, as clients often come from challenging circumstances and require holistic support to reintegrate into their communities.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) with a valid LCSW license in the state of New Jersey.

• Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.

• Ability to understand and apply ethical guidelines in clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
