The Bookkeeper will maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day accounting operations using QuickBooks Online. This role is responsible for recording transactions, managing payables and receivables, reconciling bank accounts, and tracking expenses.
Responsibilities
- Record financial transactions accurately in QuickBooks Online.
- Process accounts payable activities.
- Manage accounts receivable activities.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Track and maintain expense records.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience.
- Associate degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Experience with bank reconciliation.
- Experience with financial reporting.
