Facilities Support Associate/Corporate Housekeeper ONGOING TEMP (CAN POSSIBLY GO TEMP TO PERM) Daily Onsite in NYC Pay: $30/hr Position Summary My client, a leading energy infrastructure company, is seeking a dependable, service-oriented Housekeeper / Facilities Support Associate to join our team at our New York City office. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment while supporting day-to-day facility operations, employee amenities, and office events. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to assist wherever needed. No task is too big or too small, and success in this role will come from being collaborative, proactive, and committed to providing excellent workplace support. Schedule 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Both schedules include a one-hour lunch break. (unpaid) Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout assigned office areas and common spaces. Clean conference room glass, workspaces, kitchens, and other office areas. Perform light restroom cleaning and restocking of supplies, including soap, paper products, and toiletries. Set up and maintain employee amenities, including fresh fruit, snacks, and refreshments in common areas. Assist with event setup, breakdown, and post-event cleanup. Stock and organize kitchen and break room supplies. Support facility operations and respond to general housekeeping requests as needed. Work collaboratively with fellow housekeeping team members to ensure consistent coverage and support across the office. Maintain a professional, welcoming, and service-focused environment for employees and visitors. Qualifications Previous housekeeping, janitorial, facilities, hospitality, or office services experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist others. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift, carry, move, and transport supplies as needed. Ability to perform routine cleaning, bending, reaching, and other physical tasks throughout the workday. Work Environment & Dress Code Professional corporate office environment. Black pants, jeans, or slacks with comfortable shoes or sneakers are acceptable. Company-provided uniform shirt will be supplied. Why Join Us?
