Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to facilitate a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Conduct regular sessions to discuss client progress, address concerns, and plan for discharge when appropriate.

• Create and oversee personalized treatment plans that are centered around each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on providing clinical services to a diverse population that includes adults, children, and families in need of mental health support. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted, and independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000. Additionally, our organization operates on a fee-for-service model, ensuring that our clinicians receive guaranteed pay rates ahead of collections.
