Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) at Renewed Harmony Counseling, you will be integral to our clinical process. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address various mental health concerns.

• Assessing the needs of clients and developing tailored treatment plans that encompass relationship dynamics, parenting challenges, and individual psychological issues.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that promote healing within family systems, addressing concerns such as conflicts among family members, communication difficulties, and adjustment issues.

• Supporting clients through life transitions, such as separation and divorce, grief and loss issues, job-related stress, and blended family dynamics.

• Documenting treatment progress and modifying interventions as necessary to achieve desired client outcomes, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
