Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to evaluate psychological well-being, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to provide integrated care for a holistic approach to patient wellness.

• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing support during acute mental health episodes, ensuring patient safety and stability.

• Educate patients and their families regarding mental health conditions and available treatment options, enhancing their understanding and self-management of mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Building rapport and establishing therapeutic relationships are paramount as you support clients from various backgrounds with diverse needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCMFT in the state of Maryland is essential.

• Proven ability to perform accurate mental health assessments, create effective treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
