Scheduler

Our client is looking for a Scheduler to keep their production operations running smoothly. This person would be the middleman between our customers and production teams building daily crew schedules, managing job orders, and making sure the right resources are in the right place at the right time. Compensation: $20-$25/hourly Location: Everyday on-site Tampa (33602) 8am-4pm (roughly) What you'll do: Build and manage daily crew schedules for residential and commercial job orders Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the production department Collect, validate, and prioritize incoming and outgoing installation orders Ensure production managers always have complete, accurate scheduling information Optimize installation performance through precise scheduling, timely communication, and proactive follow-through Track KPIs and respond with action plans to address scheduling gaps or trends Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years of age Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with data entry Ability to stay composed and solution-focused in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed Vaco by Highspring values a diverse workplace and strongly encourages women, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, members of ethnic minorities, foreign-born residents, and veterans to apply.
