About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate VP for Transformation and Program Delivery with a focus on strategically implementing government programs and contracts. The successful candidate will lead a portfolio of transformational initiatives, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including military leadership, beneficiaries, and market leadership. This remote role requires a leader who can advance high-priority efforts across contracts and is experienced in leading large-scale healthcare client implementations, particularly in the areas of claims, call, and clinical operations, as well as performance management and financial tracking. Applicants must meet specific qualifications, including U.S. citizenship, the ability to obtain government security clearance, and a Bachelor's degree. A minimum of 15 years' leadership experience in health plan management, with at least 5 years' of experience in government as a client and government contracting reporting requirements, is essential. The role also demands a background in IT project implementations and a proven track record in leading large-scale healthcare client implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in the context of government programs, and be adept at managing change and driving transformation within a complex and dynamic environment.
