Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and policies, with the ability to effectively operate as a business partner and support a wide range of HR functions. This role requires a methodical thinker who is passionate about fostering a strong HR customer service culture. Key Responsibilities Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to promote a positive work environment. Play a critical role in supporting, contributing to, or managing various HR projects, from planning through execution and change management, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with HR team members and stakeholders to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives supporting organizational goals (including process improvements, compensation, case management, compliance, HR data/technology, and employee experience). Support employee relations issues by conducting investigations and resolving conflicts in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide insights across HR functions and strategies. Assist in developing documentation, training materials, and programs related to HR initiatives and processes. Maintain accurate HR records and reports, including employee documentation and compliance data. Operate with a high degree of ownership, independence and accountability, underpinned by well-rounded HR generalist experience across core areas and consistent career path that reflects depth and continuity. Provide support for additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned. Preferred Qualifications And Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an HR generalist or business partner role, preferably within large, complex organizations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present HR data. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and HRIS systems. Please note that this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship, including employer sponsorship for an H-1B visa, OPT-STEM employment, etc. The base salary compensation range for this role is $84,000 to $105,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which would be awarded based on individual and company performance. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
