About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Sales Director to drive sales to contract dealers and hospitality procurement firms, with a strong focus on influencing A&D specifications. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and growing new markets within the assigned territory, establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, and continually implementing innovative strategies to improve processes, products, and client experience. This role offers the opportunity to expand the company's presence in the market and is ideal for a dynamic individual with a passion for design and a proven track record in sales within the commercial interiors ecosystem. Applicants for the Executive Sales Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with at least 3 years' of relevant sales experience in contract furniture or the commercial interiors ecosystem. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in sales, the ability to create and maintain a business plan for the territory, and experience in managing sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of collaborating to develop account strategies, and will have a proactive approach to ensuring the success of the organization.
