Business Systems Analyst

To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst I will translate operational needs into scalable system solutions, managing requirements, configuration, testing, and issue resolution across the enterprise application portfolio. Key responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to document requirements, create process maps, and recommend improvements for business workflows Configure application features and execute testing scenarios to ensure functionality aligns with business intent and compliance standards Investigate incidents and develop reports that support timely decision-making, while maintaining clear documentation and supporting end-user training Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience 0 to 2 years of experience in business systems analysis, application support, or related roles Working knowledge of enterprise applications, data flows, and SQL or comparable querying tools Familiarity with Agile delivery, change management, and testing practices is beneficial Practical AI fluency for analysis and documentation with strong validation habits
