Deephaven Mortgage seeks an experienced Senior Mortgage Sales Recruiter to lead wholesale recruiting efforts across the United States. You will target Account Executives in the non-QM space, leveraging market intelligence, direct sourcing and network relationships to build a robust pipeline.
