University Relations Coordinator

Overview Dagen Personnel is recruiting an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of University Relations Recruitment Coordinator for a chemicals company located in Central Houston. This is a long-term contract opportunity. Responsibilities Responsible for accurate record keeping and maintenance of Taleo Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as it relates to candidate movement through the process, communication/correspondence with candidates, maintenance of recruiting records, and data entry. Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate travel. Maintain job files and other confidential files in compliance with the company’s requirements. Provide support for HR/Recruiting projects and activities. Interview expense and process department invoices. Other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field. Working experience with Taleo ATS. Minimum 3 years of administrative and/or support experience. Advanced working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, charts, if formulas, macros). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work overtime as needed.
