Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Pleasanton, California (REMOTE)
Rate: $60/hourly
JD:
- Senior Business analyst with experience working in large migration engagements.
- Healthcare domain experience
- This is for a Business Analyst who preferably has experience working in large migration engagements (platform migration etc.)
- If they have Telephony migration experience or experience in working in a call center domain, that will be a plus. Good communication and stakeholder management experience.
- Senior Business Analyst will work with the Senior project manager to support migration of Telephony platform from CISCO to NICE.
- Business Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that all the dependencies for this migration are documented and ensures that all the necessary teams are engaged in the discussion.
