Senior Business Analyst - Healthcare

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior System Business Analyst - Healthcare Revenue Cycle will partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, evaluate workflows for automation opportunities, and design solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and reporting tools. Key responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from Revenue Cycle stakeholders Evaluate current-state workflows to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement Develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making and collaborate with IT teams on functional solutions Required qualifications Strong knowledge of hospital Revenue Cycle operations, including patient access, billing, and claims workflows Minimum 3 years' experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including AI Builder and Copilot Studio Expertise in developing complex Desktop and Cloud flows with Power Automate Minimum 3 years of experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI 5+ years of experience gathering technical requirements and creating workflow documentation
