IT Help Desk Specialist - Windows, macOS, Zero Trust

E-logic seeks two experienced IT Help Desk Specialists to support the Congressional Budget Office (CBO). You will provide advanced front-line technical support for deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise hardware, software, and endpoint management across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms. You will configure devices, manage MFA and secure remote connectivity, analyze logs, administer Entra ID/AD, and mentor Tier I staff in a security-conscious hybrid environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr E-Logic, Inc.
