IT Support Technician II - Endpoint & VIP Service

HireClearedTalent is seeking an IT Support Technician based in Washington, DC, to provide second-level end-user support for SEC personnel. The role includes troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues, managing incident tickets, and performing workstation imaging and deployment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of IT support experience and strong knowledge of Windows and macOS.
