We are seeking a Dentistry (Dentist (DMD/DDS)) for a locum tenens opportunity in Suffolk, VA. This opportunity allows a dentist to practice comprehensive general dentistry with a supportive clinical team and a steady patient workflow. The ideal candidate is comfortable with restorative procedures, surgical extractions including simple analog dentures extractions, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

Pay Range: Starting at $125/hour

Clinical Scope

• Restorative, surgical extractions, analog dentures
• Extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth

Full mouth extractions may be required when clinically appropriate. Discuss any clinical limitations with the Proxi team before the assignment.

Support Staff

• 1 Hyg, 4 DAs

Requirements

• Active Virginia dental license
• Active DEA with all schedules
• CSR if required by the state
• Experience in high volume general dentistry environments preferred
