We are actively hiring a Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Overtime, nights, and weekends during peak seasons On‑call rotation every 4–8 weeks (premium pay) What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance Service furnaces, air conditioners, and related systems Communicate clearly with homeowners Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience EPA Type II certification (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to commute to Parker, CO Strong troubleshooting skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication skills Preferred Qualifications NATE certification Additional HVAC training or certifications Build a Career With a Company That Values Its People We've earned recognition from Trane, BBB, Nextdoor, and Angie's List by hiring great people and treating them right.
