Located in Scottsdale, AZ Salary: $20-$22/hr Bookkeeper (Accounting Clerk) Employment Type: Full-Time, Evaluation Hire Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Hybrid - 4 days in office during training; after training, in office Tuesday-Thursday with Monday and Friday remote) Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00/hour Openings: 1 Environment: Office / Inside desk position About the Position Join a company with a great culture and a full-time, independent working environment. This role offers the opportunity to apply hands-on bookkeeping skills in a supportive, professional setting. Job Description- Cash sheet reconciliation (balancing a checkbook)
- Payroll processing (timecard and commission only; third-party service handles the remainder)
- Posting general ledger activities, including bank and payroll entries
- Strong reconciliation and payroll skills
- Experience with QuickBooks, Odoo, Sage, or NetSuite
- Confident, communicative personality
- 2+ years of hands-on, GAAP-based bookkeeping experience
- Outgoing and personable
- Willing to ask questions
- Able to work independently
- Computer with computerized bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Little to no physical requirements
- Must be able to sit at a computer for extended periods
- Typing proficiency required
- Business casual, conservative office atmosphere
- No supervisory responsibilities
- No travel required
