As our Recruiting Coordinator , youll keep the hiring process running smoothly from start to finish. Youll be the first point of contact for candidates, leading short interviews, documenting outcomes, and making sure the right people move forward quickly. Conduct short structured interviews and info sessions with prospective candidates Take accurate notes and complete required documentation promptly Follow scripts and internal processes to ensure fairness and consistency Manage scheduling and weekly task flow to keep everything moving on time Flag unusual situations or edge cases for hiring leads Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth candidate handoffs Requirements

Clear, warm communicator who can make candidates feel comfortable and valued Highly organized and detail oriented. You catch small mistakes and keep things on track Reliable and dependable. You follow through without needing reminders Good judgment.
