Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve facilitating therapy for a diverse clientele, many of whom are navigating issues related to anxiety, stress management, and emotional regulation. You will be expected to adapt your therapeutic approach to cater to various cultural backgrounds and individual circumstances, exercising cultural competence to ensure that all clients feel valued and understood.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• A current and active licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).

• At least 2 years of experience in providing therapy—preference for candidates with remote therapy experience or a strong willingness to adapt to teletherapy platforms.

• Exceptional communication skills with a proven capacity to build rapport with clients in a virtual setting.

• A commitment to maintaining cultural competence while delivering inclusive care to individuals from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

While 2 years of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in specialized therapy practices, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care, are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with digital health tools and teletherapy systems is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
