Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and areas for development, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing appropriate modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices.

• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as required.

• Provide teletherapy sessions to ensure accessibility for clients who may have mobility challenges or prefer virtual interactions.

• Maintain accurate documentation consistent with ethical standards and organizational policies to track client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including participation in training, workshops, and conferences relevant to mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a crucial member of our team, you will work with a diverse population of clients encountering various mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship struggles. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C .

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to foster trust and rapport with clients.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude that supports client engagement and therapeutic success.

• Strong organizational skills coupled with effective time-management abilities to balance caseload demands.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement includes a Master’s or Doctoral degree, experience in providing therapy in a clinical setting, particularly in a remote capacity, is highly desirable. We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually , depending on your caseload and relevant experience.
