Job Description:Salary: $17/hourlyKey ResponsibilitiesShadow the Program Director to gain insight into leadership, operations, and strategic decision-makingSupport administrative functions, including data entry, report preparation, and document managementAssist with drafting emails, reports, presentations, and internal communicationsAttend meetings with leadership and staff; take notes and summarize key takeawaysSupport special projects assigned by the Program Director and Area ManagersGain exposure to various workforce programs (WIOA, SNAP, TANF, RESEA, Youth Services, Business Solutions, etc.)Assist with tracking, organizing, and compiling program data as neededMay communicate on behalf of leadership in a professional and timely mannerProvide general support to ensure efficient operations across the regionLearning ObjectivesDevelop an understanding of workforce development systems and service delivery modelsGain exposure to program performance metrics and reporting toolsBuild professional communication and administrative skillsLearn how workforce programs support job seekers and employers across the regionMinimum QualificationsMust be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredInterest in workforce development, public service, business, or related fieldsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to maintain professionalism and confidentialityEDSI is an equal opportunity employer.
