Work Environment

This is an onsite position based in our modern facility, which is designed to provide a soothing environment conducive to healing and recovery. As a member of our team, you will work closely with a supportive staff that values teamwork and patient-centered care. The work schedule typically runs from Monday through Thursday, with minimal hours required on Fridays, allowing for an excellent work-life balance. Importantly, there are no weekend office hours, ensuring your personal time is respected.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the supervising physician to evaluate and treat dermatological conditions, ensuring coordinated and high-quality patient care.
• Play an integral role in patient management by relying on clinical skills to assess skin conditions, recommend appropriate treatments, and follow up on patient progress.
• Conduct patient consultations, gathering comprehensive medical histories and performing diagnostic skin assessments to determine treatment pathways.
• Once adequately trained, independently manage a patient roster, providing care including skin examinations, direct treatments, and follow-up appointments.
• Assist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including biopsies, excisions, and other dermatologic surgeries while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using the latest electronic health record (EHR) systems to support continuity of care.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with the latest dermatological techniques and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• A valid Physician Assistant license in Texas.

• A strong dedication to providing outstanding patient care and personal accountability in adhering to clinical protocols.

Preferred Experience

While 2+ years of direct dermatology experience is required, candidates with additional advanced certifications or specialized training relevant to dermatology may be preferred. Experience with the latest dermatological technologies and a deep understanding of cosmetic dermatology practices will also be an asset.

Compensation and Benefits
