Cash Management Analyst

Manage and execute daily transaction operations including domestic wire transfers, ACH, Mobile Check Deposits, and internal transfers Analyze and resolve Reg E dispute claims for ACHs while adhering to regulatory timelines Review and clear OFAC hits and ensure compliance with BSA/AML standards Handle inbound and outbound inquiries regarding monetary requests Provide personalized service and maintain professional relationships with customers and external financial institutions Identify opportunities for process automation Support system upgrades or testing to enhance the efficiency of the Bank’s payment operations Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking operations, specifically in wire transfers, electronic payments, or cash management Strong knowledge of federal banking regulations including Reg E, NACHA rules, OFAC Experience in a de novo, fintech, or high-velocity digital banking environment Professional certifications such as Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) or Certified Payments Professional (CPP) Proven analytical ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions to improve operational workflows Ability to leverage technology and AI to enhance payment processing and accuracy Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict monetary deadlines Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Visa sponsorship is not available Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in banking operations with a focus on wire transfers, electronic payments, and compliance with federal regulations.
