FuntoNetwork is seeking a Construction Cost Estimator and Scheduler for upcoming project opportunity: North Carolina Department of Transportation .

Core Responsibilities

Read the assigned NCDOT Division 9 rooftop HVAC replacement drawings and work limits.
Measure the quantities required for NCDOT Division 9 rooftop HVAC replacement.
Identify the material requirements for NCDOT Division 9 rooftop HVAC replacement.
Estimate the labor needed for NCDOT Division 9 rooftop HVAC replacement activities.
Assess equipment needs affecting NCDOT Division 9 rooftop HVAC replacement cost.
Compare available cost inputs for NCDOT Division 9 rooftop HVAC replacement items.
Build the NCDOT Division 9 rooftop HVAC replacement estimate from quantities and unit costs.
Sequence the NCDOT Division 9 rooftop HVAC replacement activities around access and installation dependencies.
Assess the cost and timing effect of proposed NCDOT Division 9 rooftop HVAC replacement changes.
Explain the assumptions and exclusions in the NCDOT Division 9 rooftop HVAC replacement estimate and schedule.

What You Bring

Demonstrated experience performing Construction Cost Estimator and Scheduler responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
