Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to gather vital client information and establish effective therapeutic relationships.

• Evaluate clients’ mental and emotional health, developing personalized treatment plans to address individual needs, preferences, and goals.

• Engage clients through active listening and thought-provoking questions, guiding them through self-exploration and understanding of their feelings and behaviors.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and somatic techniques, to facilitate client progress.

• Utilize emergency protocols as appropriate to identify and respond to clients in crisis, prioritizing their safety and well-being.

• Design and lead therapeutic exercises, role-playing activities, and workshops to reinforce skills and strategies discussed during therapy.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records and documentation in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to formulate solutions for clients requiring additional support or services beyond immediate counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of the Family Insight Counseling Center, you will engage with a diverse population comprising adults, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
