Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and psychological assessments to tailor effective therapeutic techniques for clients.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans, ensuring clients receive holistic support tailored to their unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering strictly to legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay current with advancements in mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals facing challenges related to mental health, emotional distress, relationship issues, trauma, and more. You will be instrumental in delivering specialized care to various demographic groups, allowing for culturally competent counseling that respects and appreciates individual differences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience with demonstrated effectiveness in providing therapy.

• Profound understanding of legal and ethical considerations in mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary healthcare teams.

• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) software and telehealth technology.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.

• Prior experience working in telehealth settings is advantageous.
