Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized therapy plans.

• Provide a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, as well as individual counseling, to address diverse mental health issues.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, using electronic medical record (EMR) software.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and integrated client care.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities through workshops and training to enhance your skills and remain abreast of the latest in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will deliver counseling services to a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Your work will focus on individuals and families with limited access to care, ensuring they receive the support and interventions necessary for their mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
\n
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
\n
• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
\n
• Demonstrated knowledge of legal and ethical standards in counseling practices.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.

• Proficient in the use of EMR systems and related technologies for effective documentation and case management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse counseling, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.

• Experience collaborating in a multidisciplinary healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.

• Competitive salary range between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
