Director of Partner Solutions

Leading post-sale success and implementation efforts, the full-time remote Director of Partner Solutions will manage onboarding, adoption, and retention for strategic healthcare partners, ensuring seamless integration and measurable value from the platform. Key responsibilities Own partner success by leading onboarding, implementation, and long-term retention efforts for healthcare customers Serve as the primary contact for partners, building relationships with executive sponsors and operational leaders Drive adoption and measurable outcomes by integrating the platform into daily workflows and achieving operational goals Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in leading implementations or post-sale delivery for healthcare technology or SaaS platforms Experience working with healthcare providers and understanding ambulatory practice workflows and revenue cycle operations Cardiology experience is required; oncology experience is a plus Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder implementations and drive long-term customer success Familiarity with ambulatory EHR platforms such as athenaOne, NextGen, or eClinicalWorks
