Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver remote mental health services through structured, evidence-based programs that empower clients to engage effectively in their own care.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, providing follow-up communication and making coordinated care recommendations based on individual needs.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and collaborate on treatment plans.

• Document session notes promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with HIPAA privacy guidelines while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.

• Identify high-risk situations involving clients and respond promptly, utilizing established protocols to ensure safety and effective intervention.

• Assist clients in navigating available resources and support systems, including obtaining necessary consent and authorization forms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse client population seeking mental health support. You will address a variety of mental health concerns, utilizing culturally competent care while recognizing the unique challenges faced by individuals from different backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• Availability to maintain a consistent schedule of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, providing reliable care to your patients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Clinical experience using various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.

• Experience in telehealth environments is a plus, as is familiarity with digital health tools and platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
