Develop a deep understanding of studio priorities, release calendars, and market trends to maximize business performance. Drive TVOD Content Strategy and Merchandising Manage content selection and availability Own merchandising strategy and execution, including title placement, promotions, seasonal programming, and content discovery initiatives Analyze customer behavior, content performance, and market trends to optimize TVOD experiences. Deliver Operational Excellence Manage title onboarding, content ingestion, metadata quality, and asset delivery processes Partner with technology vendors and internal teams to ensure content is delivered accurately and on schedule. What you'll bring: Bachelor's degree in business, media, entertainment, marketing, or a related field. Experience in digital media, streaming, TVOD/EST, content partnerships, entertainment, or related industries. Experience in merchandising or in an on-platform or mobile content discovery role. Experience working with major studios, content distributors, or digital video platforms. Strong understanding of content merchandising, pricing, digital distribution, and media operations. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Experience leveraging data and AI tools to improve business performance and operational efficiency.
