Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality substance use counseling and mental health therapy for individuals across various age ranges, from youth to adults, through individualized sessions tailored to each person's unique needs.

• Perform thorough case management, including developing and reviewing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families to facilitate effective pathways to recovery.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, ensuring all necessary notes and records are updated according to established policies.

• Utilize a billing service for processing claims and managing insurance accounts to facilitate smooth administrative workflows while focusing on providing excellent therapeutic services.

• Schedule ongoing appointments and maintain an organized calendar to ensure continuity of care for your clients.

• Adapt therapeutic approaches to cater to a diverse range of clinical presentations, enhancing the efficacy of treatment interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals and families affected by addiction and mental health issues, focusing on a multidisciplinary approach to therapy that includes individual sessions and couples therapy. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in a human services or behavioral healthcare-related field is required.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure to practice independently within the state of California.
