Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this role, you'll serve vibrant K-3rd grade classrooms and work full-time, 40 hours per week. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience working in school settings, especially with elementary-aged children, is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, educators, and families
• Ability to independently conduct speech and language screenings, assessments, and develop individualized therapy plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy and evaluation services for K-3rd grade students
• Administer thorough assessments to identify communication disorders and develop targeted IEP goals
• Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and social success
• Provide direct intervention using evidence-based practices tailored to each child’s needs
• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
