Warehouse Receiving and Assembly Specialist

Job Title: Warehouse Receiving & Assembly Specialist Pay Rate: $24.50 / hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Full-time) Job Overview: We are hiring a dependable Warehouse Receiving & Assembly Specialist to manage high-volume receiving, inventory processing, and daily equipment assembly. Key Responsibilities Receiving & Shipping: Process full pallets, mixed pallets, and small parcels. Freight Handling: Unload incoming freight and load outbound trucks. Order Processing: Pick, pack, and process orders using RF scanners and WMS. Daily Assembly: Assemble 40–50 carts or barrels per day following provided photo guidelines. Inventory Control: Conduct routine cycle counts. Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse floor. Qualifications Proven experience in high-volume warehouse receiving. Proficiency with RF scanners and WMS software. Experience with NetSuite and RF Smart is highly preferred. Ability to consistently meet daily assembly quotas (40–50 units/day).
