Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients utilizing a secure online platform, ensuring a comfortable and confidential environment for discussions.

• Collaborate with clients to assess their mental health needs, creating and implementing personalized treatment plans that align with their individual goals and circumstances.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment strategies and modalities as necessary to maximize effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation and client records, adhering to best practices and legal requirements.

• Engage in regular consultations with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive, multidisciplinary approaches to client care.

• Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice in delivering mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. You will work to create a safe space for clients to express themselves, promote emotional well-being, and foster resilience. Our diverse clientele includes individuals from various backgrounds and socio-economic statuses, emphasizing the need for cultural competence and empathy in your practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual therapy and counseling services.
\n
• Proficiency in using technology for remote therapy sessions, with a commitment to using digital tools effectively.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering rapport and trust with clients.

• Capacity to work autonomously while also thriving as part of a remote team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a telehealth setting, including familiarity with online therapy platforms and digital communication tools.

• Specialized training or experience in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices.

• Previous work with culturally diverse populations and experience addressing health disparities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as generous paid time off.
