Key Responsibilities\n

• Create and implement personalized service plans based on thorough assessments that aim to achieve specific goals and objectives.

• Contribute actively to program development and evaluation, including the preparation of grant proposals and reports to secure funding and assess impact.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse client population comprised of individuals and families facing a range of challenges including mental health issues, trauma, domestic violence, and poverty. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
