Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients seeking support at our detox center.

• Provide both individual and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.

• Develop personalized service plans that set clear, achievable goals for clients and actively work to implement these plans.

• Advocate for clients, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and are supported in their rights, particularly regarding social justice issues.

• Engage in training sessions and team meetings to discuss progress, share insights and best practices, and strengthen our collective approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work primarily with individuals and families facing challenges related to substance use and mental health. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
