Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Dazzle, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, using standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs, integrating various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Provide teletherapy services to individuals, groups, and families, ensuring evidence-based practices are utilized throughout the sessions.
\n
• Work in collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of clients’ well-being.

• Administer crisis intervention services promptly for clients experiencing acute psychological distress, utilizing telehealth tools for immediate support.
\n
• Participate in community outreach programs and educational workshops to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, spanning various demographics and mental health challenges—from anxiety and depression to more complex disorders. Our approach emphasizes cultural sensitivity, ensuring that services are respectful and responsive to the unique backgrounds and identities of our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license in the form of Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of a master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of trusting therapeutic relationships.

• Demonstrated cultural competence to effectively interact with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities for accurate, timely documentation and adherence to client treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in telehealth services, knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems, and a background in community mental health settings are highly desirable. Familiarity with treating diverse populations and involvement in outreach initiatives will greatly enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
