Retail Staff Pharmacist - Hilliard, OH

The role is based in Hilliard, OH, offering a contract-to-hire position with a 13-week initial term. The pharmacy supports an average of 200-300 inbound prescriptions daily, ensuring a dynamic and engaging workflow.


Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications and counsel patients on proper use and potential side effects.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team including 5 pharmacy technicians and 2 pharmacists to maintain efficient pharmacy operations.
• Utilize Prime RX for order entry and prescription management.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and support patient health initiatives.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid pharmacist license with retail pharmacy experience required.
• Proficiency with Prime RX is highly desirable.
• Ohio pharmacy technician license required to support team collaboration.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail pharmacy setting.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
