We’re seeking two dedicated, bilingual (Spanish & English) Speech Language Pathologists (SLP-CCCs) to provide essential support as itinerant team members across two school sites. You'll collaborate with educators, families, and support staff, serving a diverse student population with the flexibility to adapt to a variety of caseloads and age groups.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Illinois Professional Educator License with SLP endorsement
• Active Illinois SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC required)
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
• Experience or strong interest in K-12 educational environments
• Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and offer therapy for communication disorders in accordance with IEPs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate records and documentation per state and district guidelines
• Adapt to varied caseloads averaging about 45 students, with a maximum state cap of 60
• Provide services on-site at assigned school locations, traveling between up to two campuses
