Inventory Management Coordinator

Job Summary Provide management of the satellite distribution warehouse, which supports the Dean of Faculty at the client site. Primary Duties Work independently or with a team. Inventory management involves storing, inventorying, labeling, and issuing computer equipment and peripherals to the appropriate client faculty and students. Provide on‑call support as required. Obtain technical guidance as required from supervisor and/or higher‑level technician. Observe and adhere to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and client safety rules and regulations. Fulfill other work center duties as assigned. Secondary Duties Provide support to other contract work centers in cases of manpower shortages or unexpected requirements. Additional Duties As assigned by the Program Director. Required Qualifications Four years or more of inventory management experience in computer and peripheral equipment. A SECRET security clearance is required. An IAT Level II certification. Education An associate’s degree in IT or a related field. Equivalent experience can be used as a substitute for this degree.
