Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.## ## **What You’ll Be Doing*** Lead and oversee daily aggregate production activities, ensuring operations run safely, efficiently, and reliably across all phases of the process.* Coordinate, mentor, and direct team members to consistently meet production targets, quality specifications, and operational expectations.* Monitor equipment performance, identify emerging issues, and support timely maintenance and repair actions to minimize downtime.* Maintain accurate and detailed production records while ensuring full compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.* Champion a strong safety culture, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and reinforce accountability throughout the operation.## **What We Are Looking For*** Proven leadership experience in aggregate or quarry operations, with a track record of developing high performing, safety driven teams.* Strong ability to evaluate and balance production priorities across quarry, plant and logistics functions to make sound, timely operational decisions.* Demonstrated commitment to safety excellence, regulatory compliance, and proactive risk mitigation in high hazard environments.* Effective communicator who collaborates seamlessly with equipment operators, maintenance teams, quality control, and management to maintain alignment and operational continuity.* A solutions oriented mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks, optimize production processes, and lead continuous improvement efforts across the operation.## ## **Work Environment**This role operates in a mining and aggregate production environment involving outdoor work in varying weather conditions, exposure to dust and noise, and the need to navigate uneven terrain.
