Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Temporary (Minimum 8 Weeks) with Potential Temp-to-Hire

Part-Time (20-30 Hours/Week, Monday-Friday Preferred) | Honey Brook, PA | $20-$22/Hour

We are seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support a busy township office during a staffing transition. This is a temporary assignment expected to last at least 8 weeks , with the potential to become a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate.

The schedule is 20-30 hours per week , with a preference for Monday through Friday , working either 9:00 AM-1:00 PM or 10:00 AM-2:00 PM .

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Greet and assist residents in person
• Respond to emails and general inquiries
• Assist with permit applications and related paperwork
• Perform general administrative and office support duties
• Work alongside the outgoing administrative staff during a one- to two-week training and transition period

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Friendly, professional and comfortable interacting with the public.
