Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Deliver personalized therapeutic interventions using evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and continuously monitor progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide virtual therapy sessions to clients who prefer teletherapy or require remote support due to access challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Conviva Care Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate the establishment of a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle a dynamic caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing teletherapy services, with a comfort level in engaging clients through online platforms.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
